Mod Name / Version: Move thread will PM topic starter <br /><br />
Description: My forum reached critical mass on bitch mode, regarding moving threads. The topic starters wanted to know of the move via PM, but the mods are too busy to PM all the time. Hence the idea. It was also spurred on by one of the suggestions by oceanwest in the other forum

Here, read and implement.<br /><br />Note: there are a couple of params you can tweak:<br /><br />$pmPersonal = 0 - 3rd person PM, 1 - 1st person PM<br />$pmInform = 0 - PM even if they aren't accepting PM's, 1 - Don't PM<br /><br />Note: i also figured it was obvious NOT to send a PM, if the topic starter is yourself!
